Learning Goal: I can read and comprehend grade level poetry.
How can I add a poem to the Poet-Tree?
1. Use the poetry books at your table or on the blue cart to find a poem that interests you.
2. You will be adding the poem to the "tree." Click on this link to open the Padlet.
3. Double-click on the background of Padlet to open a new note.
4. In the Title line, write the poem and author's name (example: Early Bird by Shel Silverstein).
5. In the Write Something section, type out the poem.
6. After the poem, write Added by and your first name only.
7. Click the background to see your completed "leaf" on the tree.
8. Once you have added your leaf, let Mrs. Sutton know. The leaf will not become visible until she clicks the approval button.
